If you are unable to find the help you need here, please contact your school technician. He/She will be able to give you the help you need right away. If they are unable to resolve your issue, they can then refer the issue to the District IT Department for resolution.
Help Desk - Pascal Raven
If you are needing a password reset for BCeSIS or Zimbra, the help desk is your first step. Please do not email for passwords. Passwords are a security measure. Thus if passwords are sent via plain text email, others may be able to intercept them and garner sensitive information. You should always call for passwords.

As the end of the year comes closer I have shared a document with school moodle admin to support teachers in Backup, Reset and Restore of Moodle courses. This is particularly important for the growing number of teachers who enroll students in their courses and run Forum discussions, Assignments or Quizzes with those students.
This document will provide you with information to ready your course for next year and provide you with a way of backing up the course so you have the historical information saved.
